Betty Crocker Electric Grill
My most used cooking appliance is a Betty Crocker Grill. I use it several times each day. The grill is really user friendly. It is such a pleasure to use because it has an even temperament. The grill doesn’t suddenly become searing hot. It reaches the cooking temperature gradually, but not slowly. The heat controller dial lets you select high, medium, or low heat. If you can pay close attention to the food as it is cooking, high is a good setting to set the grill control to. When you are busy doing several things at the same time, the medium setting gives you more cooking time, since it cooks slower than the high setting. The low setting is for keeping cooked food warm until it is served. These are just a few of the things that I cook on the grill: toast, fried eggs, steak, soy meat, grilled cheese sandwich, raw fried potatoes, and French fries. The Betty Crocker Grill is really easy to clean, because it has a stick free cooking surface. Before putting the skillet part under water, unplug the temperature controller knob assembly. Rinse the cooking surface in the sink, under warm soapy running water. Rubbing the dirty parts with a soft cloth. It cleans with little effort. When clean stand the skillet on end in the sink. Let it air dry. Give it an hour. When dry you can plug in the temperature controller knob assembly. It’s just that easy to make it ready to cook again. |
